Update 23.11 2008 Updated Version of "Virtual CD Player" with Amateur MP3 Player is now for download available. !!!
It's freeware and has just 1 MB and can play .mp3 files and cds.It runs on all Windows systems from Windows 98 !!! on (it is NOW also made Windows Vista compatible!) and just requires Directx 8.0 or higher and Flash Player installed. Get the Updated Version:

Hallo es ist der 23.12.2007 die nächste Version des Upgrade Pack wird für 2008 erwartet. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich ein CD-Album(sound quali ist supi weil ich kein Ton-Studio habe... )erstellt was frei zum Download zur Verfügung steht. Der Ersteller des Upgrade Packs hat es mir erlaubt, hier auch den Link fürs Album zu platzieren, da nicht viel los ist im moment. Bei einem der SOngs gehts sogar darum dass Spaß über Windows Vista gemacht wird, also hat die Platte auch guten bezug zum Webseiten-Thema.

und da einige alufende Anwendungen eine inkorrekten Installation verursachen könnten!
Das Upgrade kann deinstalliert werden durch
Start-->Ausführen--> und eingeben von C:\wupg\w\Deinstallieren.bat .

Einzelne Updates installieren

Wenn nur einzelne Updates benötigt werden wie etwa "kb918547" gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor:
Laden sie sich hier die neueste Version von wupg98 runter
und entpacken(z.B mit Winrar) dieses in einen beliebigen Ordner.
Wechseln Sie in den Unterordner "ups" hier finden Sie die einzelnen Updates.
Windows98-KB918547-DEU.exe wäre in diesem Fall das gesuchte deutsche kb918547 Update.

Inhalt:
Windows 2000 Farbshema sowie Win ME Desktop Icons.
Besseres Defrag und Windows 2000/ME Startsounds.
Audio CDs können als Wav-Dateien dargestellt werden.
